01Add staff

Invite a staff member and tick the areas they work in — the floor can see production without CRM.

02Linked: Audit log

Access changes and sensitive actions are all recorded in the audit log.

03Scan screens

Areas also gate the phone scan screens: receiving needs purchasing; stock moves, counts, labels and batch scanning need inventory; job packs need work orders. A member without the area sees no link on the hub and is bounced back if they open the address directly.
