Part requests
Request a new part or reverse engineering. Attach CAD files, drawings or photos — file limits are shown before you upload.
01Start a request
Describe the part, attach your files and submit — the team is notified straight away.
02Track progress
Each request shows its status here, and you'll be emailed as it moves.
03Then comes the quote
Once priced, the work arrives as a quote under Quotes for your approval.
04Choose the right form
Your supplier decides which kinds of request you can make — new part, quote a model, revision, deletion, or their own kinds such as a repair booking. Each is a tile on the New request page with its own form; some fields are required, some only appear depending on an earlier answer, and a form may ask you to acknowledge terms before it submits.
05Ask a question on your request
Every request has a message thread with your supplier’s team. Add a detail, answer a question, attach a file — replies come back in the thread and you are emailed each time. Once a request is completed, rejected or cancelled the thread closes; start a new request for anything further.
06If requests are switched off
Some suppliers take requests by phone or email instead. If the Requests menu is missing, that is why — your existing requests stay visible, and staff can still log one for you.
