A maintenance planner opens the portal on a tablet, finds the worn liner plate in the vault, checks it is revision C, and re-orders twelve on the trade account. A PO number goes in and the order is in your inbox before the office opens.
An engineer uploads a STEP file and two photos of a failed bracket as a reverse-engineering request. They watch it move from Received to Quoted without a phone call.
Procurement approves the quote from the email link. Checkout captures delivery and PO, and the tax invoice arrives the day it ships.
