Sheet 4 of 10 · Detail — CRM
CRM · Your office
Every customer, request, quote and order. None of it in someone's inbox.
The office side of the portal. Requests arrive in a triage inbox, quotes carry quantity tiers and lead times, approvals turn into orders, and Net 30 credit runs itself. The record of every customer is the record.

In practice
Three requests came in overnight. One is a repeat, so the quote is last time's with a material update. Two need engineering. Assign, set priority, and the inbox is clear before the kettle boils.
A customer approves a quote from the portal. The order creates itself, a Net 30 charge posts against their credit line, and the job appears on the floor board.
Invoices went out as each job shipped. The credit report shows who is over terms. Nobody opens a spreadsheet.
