Machines
Your plant list — machines and work centres with their capabilities, matched against part methods when routing jobs.
01Add plant
Define each machine (or group them into work centres) with the methods it’s capable of.
02Retire, don’t delete
Retiring keeps job history intact while removing the machine from scheduling.
03Downtime
Every machine has a Downtime button: a from / to range with a reason. The schedule routes around the machine for the range and other machines in the centre take the work. Past entries stay listed for a month for context.
04Non-working days
Public holidays and shutdowns the whole shop observes, as inclusive date ranges. The schedule skips them entirely; nothing else in the app closes, so receipts, orders and the scan app keep working on those days.
