Quotes awaiting your decision are badged in the sidebar. Open one to review line items, pricing and expiry.
01Review the detail
Each quote lists line items, pricing and its validity window — expired quotes need re-issuing.
02Approve or decline
Approve to accept the work; decline if it’s not right and your supplier will follow up.
03Approved → ordered
Your supplier converts an approved quote into an order — track it under Orders from then on.
04Choose a tier
A quote with quantity tiers asks which tier you are accepting. Your order quantity defaults to that tier’s minimum and can be changed at checkout. Add a note with your acceptance if delivery or timing needs saying.
05Questions and reminders
Open quotes carry a message thread — ask before you accept, and the answer comes back in the thread and by email. Three days before a quote expires you may get a reminder email, using the same accept link.
