Questions people ask before signing up
What counts as a user?
A staff member who signs in to your back office. The first one is included. Your customers' portal users are free and unlimited, however many sites and people they have.
Is GST included?
Prices are ex GST. Australian customers see 10% GST added on the invoice, which is a tax invoice you can claim against.
Can I turn a module off?
Yes, from Settings, any month. The difference is prorated on your next invoice and nothing is deleted. Turn it back on and everything is where you left it.
How do I pay?
Monthly by card through Stripe, with invoices and your card on file in a billing portal. Bank transfer is available by arrangement.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel from the billing portal. Your data stays exportable.
What about larger or multi-site operations?
The pricing above is the pricing. If you run several workshops or want a Net 30 arrangement for your own subscription, book a demo and ask.
