Operations dashboard
The daily overview: figures across requests, quotes, orders and production, with the sidebar counts acting as the day's worklist.
01Sales · CRM
Incoming requests are priced into quotes, and approved quotes become orders. The counts beside each stage show what is waiting there.
02Inventory · ERP
Items, stock by location, purchasing and invoicing — the operational backbone behind every order.
03Production · MRP
Work orders, the schedule board and your machines — where jobs are planned, run and completed.
04The scan hub
One tap opens the mobile QR scanner — stock moves and job start/complete from a phone on the floor.
05Make it yours
Reorder or hide dashboard cards to match your role — the layout is saved per user.
06Remarks
Items, jobs, quotes, purchase orders and orders each carry an internal remark — an amber banner at the top of the page, echoed beside the Save or next-step button so it is in view at the moment you act. Remarks are staff-only: never printed, emailed or shown in the customer portal.
07My follow-ups
The My follow-ups card lists the follow-up tasks assigned to you — overdue first, then today, then what is coming — each linking to the customer, request, quote or order it was logged on. Mark one done from the card.
08Worklist tiles
The queue tiles cover the things that need a person: draft quotes to finish and send, approved quotes ready to order, credit applications to review, orders on credit hold waiting on headroom, orders at risk of missing their promise, kanban cards scanned and awaiting an order, cancellation requests from customers, and customer messages awaiting a reply. Each opens the list already filtered.
