- Extra office users ($7 a month each) and the Xero connector ($29 a month) are charged as normal from day one. The first office user is free for everyone.
- After the 12 months, ERP and MRP bill at $39 a month each from your next invoice. We email you a month before, and you can switch either off or cancel any month.
- Keep using it: if nobody from your team signs in for 30 days we send a reminder, and after 45 days the spot goes to another shop. Your workspace, your data and the free CRM stay.
- Australian businesses only. Closes when 50 shops have joined.
What securing a seat means
- A reserved seat is one of the 50. It is held for you until a week after the doors open.
- On opening morning you get an email with your personal link. Click it, confirm your email, choose a password, and your workspace opens with ERP and MRP free for 12 months.
- Not claimed within the week? The seat goes to the next shop. Nothing is charged, ever, for reserving.

The short answers.
- What does securing a seat commit me to?
- Nothing. A seat is a place in the first fifty, held until a week after the doors open. There is no card and nothing is charged for reserving. If you don't claim it that week, it goes to the next shop.
- What do founding members actually get?
- The ERP module (stock, purchasing, invoicing) and the MRP module (work orders, scheduling, the floor board) free for 12 months from the day you join — normally $39 a month each. The CRM and customer portal are free for everyone, always.
- What costs money from day one?
- Extra office users at $7 a month each (the first is free) and the Xero connector at $29 a month, if you want them. Your customers' portal logins are free and unlimited.
- Why Australian businesses only?
- NE Vault is built inside a working NSW job shop for the way Australian shops trade: AUD, GST, ABN, 30 EOM terms, Xero, and data hosted in Sydney. The pilot stays here so we can give fifty shops real attention.
- What happens after the 12 months?
- We email you a month before. After it, any module you still have on bills at the normal price from your next invoice, and you can switch modules off or cancel any month. No lock-in.
